Each project is overseen by our experienced team to ensure that, from beginning to end, your needs will be fully understood and made the basis of all designs. This process of consultation continues throughout the design and installation procedure, to ensure that modifications are incorporated at the appropriate time, with the least disruption to the overall process.
We will provide drawings and schematics showing cable requirements, signal routing, etc. We will also, as necessary, represent you by meeting with other construction professionals, such as your architect, interior designer and electrical and mechanical engineers. As a result of this tried and tested method of communication and partnership, we know that you will be delighted with the whole process of design and installation.
We are Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and have qualifications in the following areas: Design, Installation, Selection, Erection, Testing, Inspection and Certification of Electrical Systems. All electrical designs are produced in accordance with BS7671:2008 (17th Edition). Our technical knowledge proves invaluable during the design and build process. This high level of expertise is very unusual in this industry and, as a result, we are recognised by our peers as experts. The level and quality at which we complete every project has been commended by CEDIA; we were presented with an award in 2009. Above all we are all ‘time-served’ tradesmen first, we don’t have a past in retail and hi-fi; our true skills are in engineering and actually doing the project at a level that to us is normal but many in our industry would deem as exceptional.
Various members of our team hold CEDIA Certification. This has been developed by CEDIA to maintain standards with the industry and encourage professional development. The custom install market is constantly changing and evolving, and that is why we are constantly being tested and trained in the relevant areas, so that we can offer up-to-date advice and informed designs. We attend regular manufacturer training sessions and develop our skills through organisations such as City & Guilds, IEE, NQF, ECA, NICEIC and IET - this allows us to be assessed by the organisations that write the regulations and therefore keeps us up-to-date.
We are not online retailers nor do we employ a sales team, we are engineers and systems designers, with knowledge and a wealth of experience. ‘Imagine this’ are proud of their reputation and enjoy success at every level; there are few companies with this level of skill and experience.
